3. Data Sharing
LeadRight does not sell personal information. We may share data with authorized service providers, payment processors, hosting vendors, and legal authorities when required by law.
LeadRight uses the following third-party sub-processors to deliver its Services:
- Anthropic, PBC — AI language model processing. Conversation inputs are transmitted to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic does not use your data to train its models under our enterprise agreement.
- Supabase — Database hosting and authentication. All data is stored with row-level security and encryption at rest.
- Railway — Application hosting and infrastructure.
- Stripe — Payment processing. LeadRight does not store full payment card details.
- Resend — Transactional email delivery.
4. Data Security
LeadRight implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. Each customer's data is isolated with row-level security. No system can guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data, documents, and content you upload into the Services. LeadRight retains ownership of platform technology, methodologies, and aggregated de-identified analytics.
6. Data Retention
Information is retained as reasonably necessary for business operations, legal compliance, security, and contractual obligations.
7. Your Rights
